I get it. They were called yanks as an insult, and they turned it into a marching tune to be proud of. I get the idea. Yankee Doodle etc.

But.

To do that with being called toxic, and to take on being abusive as a marching tune to be proud of.... it's a mistake. Easy. But a mistake.

Then how to keep the shitcoinery away?

guess you'd better define toxic. seems to me you just keep speaking up and saying they're bad. but speaking up and speaking truth is not toxicity.

I'm seeing toxicity more as a tactic which I approve of when it's used against shitcoins and fiat clown world nonsense, but when you have people who are simply toxic and want to rule over other people then I disrespect their toxicity.

I'm seeing a LOT of bitcoiners wanting to rule over other people. people are people, bitcoin doesn't change human nature (it depends on it to work), and abuse is still abuse. If you think you need to be abusive to fight shitcoins, you are lacking creativity. And honestly it's just an excuse to feel self-righteous about being a piece of shit, in my opinion.
