is it possible to open a channel from another node to the private mobile node?

Am I the only one having issues when using my embedded node with "Method B" (on-chain Balance) ?
I'm on Android ZEUS v0.8.1 and I systematically get error messages when trying to open channel from my on-chain balance for some reason....
Embedded node doesn't work over Tor.
Try opening only with clearnet peers and good peers, not random pleb nodes.
Please read again the whole guide, especially teh section "Stpe 1 - initial setup" where I specified some aspects, including about Tor.

Concerning the pleb node you are right it's a tor only node.
But what's strange is that I can't open to Olympus node using the "Open Channel to Olympus" button either. The only hint I have from your article concerning this issue could be my VPN (Mullvad), I will try without it.
VPN off didn't work...Will request a channel from the LSP cause I really want to continue testing Zeus even if Blixt is back as my preferred self custodial LN wallet at the moment (works perfectly for me, with LND always on, no graph synch at startup, it's amazing and doesn't drain the battery to much)
That means you have serious issues with syncing.
Pay attention to what I said in the step 1 about high latency internet
Also on "Another benefit of paying for a channel is zero fee routing. That means when routing payments, the first hop through OLYMPUS by ZEUS incurs no routing fees. Note, that hops beyond OLYMPUS by ZEUS will still charge you."
I don't think it's true as I just requested a channel from Olympus as I was failing to open from my on-chain balance, and try do pay right afterward and I was charged
