Yea would be nice but it's hard to. Where I live theres nothing with bitcoin. No stores, banks, nothing. So as nice to invest I look at it like buying stock I can't do nothing with it except hold on. But I need to setup a self custodial wallet so i'm in charge. Needs better pc & more money to handle electric spike. Buy cold storage needs $300 for one. Like everything else it's a big upfront to get started & then okay in 10 years how am I gunna cash out without anyone knowing & still live like those billiionaires.

Buy what? If nothing around me takes the currency what can I buy? I'm not trying to shop online & have something shipped to me. I want to go down to my local store but they don't do that. As for everything else you do need. You should know how it goes

Hot wallet = not safe, given by website, not yours, site could belly up with your sats.

Cold = physical device which never connects to internet (but by some magic gets your sats) & is in your hands & im your control.

Yeah it's easy to start I can just go on at full risk with my hot wallet only. But I want to keep it for years build on it & retire to live off of it. So I need to invest in the cold wallet upfront or take the electric spike.
