This one is the closest thing AFAIK https://dvmcp.fun/s/nostr-mcp-server you can test it straight there. I'm also thinking in creating one with better ux, and with the ability to set your nostr connect string so it can sign things. I don't have too much time for this rn, but happy to discuss and design if someone is up for the challenge
