Not any more than they already were.
This whole seizing bitcoin overlooks the fact that violence is expensive and there is a disincentive to reveal your keys.
That's great and all, but I think their stack size is indicative of how well they can confiscate Bitcoin.
They got most of it from a few seizures. Mostly hacker of silk road and bitfinex. The average pleb is more sophisticated about the way they hold coins these days. Multisigs, dispersed seeds and all that.
