Ouch. Looks like old software.
Ya know, there was a time when transactions involving a bitcoin that had spent at least one day without being spent were free to transact. These were called priority transactions if they had at least 1 bitcoin-day in the input (like a 2 day old input of ½ a bitcoin or more).
It is the transaction accelerator program from ViaBTC. I am wondering if anyone has used it.
