I haven't thought about this. High IQ. Congrats.
Nanalytics: Website analytics like your Nanna used to bake.
Over Nostr, privacy preserving, simple analytics, easy to host.
I wanted to be able to track whether people we're playing the nostr:nprofile1qyxhwumn8ghj7mn0wvhxcmmvqy8hwumn8ghj7mn0wd68ytnddaksqg947t9teg6s0ta3ltlvmmaxctzr9yr5ez99wdedf7xp558f30swuv0kz8es Advent calendar games, but didn't really want to use Google Analytics. I also didn't want anything complex to mess around with, so I built this project to do simple page and day based hit tracking for me.
- You run a simple Context VM on an always on computer.
- There's a UI you can run and conntect to your context vm pubkey for setup (i'll add a version soon you can use that stores no data and uses extensions).
- You paste a 4 line script into your webpage and you're live.
The beauty of nostr:nprofile1qy88wumn8ghj7mn0wvhxcmmv9uq32amnwvaz7tmjv4kxz7fwv3sk6atn9e5k7tcqyp4n0q8099eww0fhpwz28eg70256ud9lgy5n3h8mm8zlvwezzstvsuqs2lp is there is absolutely no arsing around with networking for the server to set this up and its super easy to plug your own self hosted. backend.
Every page spins up a lightweight context VM client in the browser and through the magic of Nostr just records a new visit on your home computer :)

Its all working now, but there's a bunch of things that I could do to make it better if anyone's interested in using it, so let me know :)

I canโt tell is this is sarcasm so Iโll just take it as high praise ๐คฃ
I like that you can bang a context bum client straight into the website and all of a sudden byo pluggable back end.
Lots of interesting design space with that model :)
Not sarcastic at all. Adding an npm lib to a CVM adds lots of possibilities.
