Feeling a bit emotional today. Our son’s time at daycare is coming to an end as he is preparing to make his way to normal school soon. The mix of emotions from this is so wild. Happiness and sadness all in one. I honestly was not expecting to feel like this before having a kid. Like wtf. From the first time he cried when we left him when he was just a toddler, to the “Covid years” back home, then back to “normal” and now we have real conversations, it’s been a wild ride so far and I know it’s about to get a whole lot wilder.
