thank you so much for putting out a bounty for a decentralized github!

one request: can we have a writer mode? where writers can simply submit a document review with edit suggestions (like in Google docs) and the new github (in writer mode) does all the work, of creating a branch, a PR, etc.

additionally, it would be great if we could track the following:

- what suggestions were made in a PR

- what suggestions were incorporated (so reviewer gets credit)

- what suggestions were partially incorporated (so reviewer gets partial credit)

- what suggestions were rejected

this way we can have the best writers, esp the old ones who find git complicated, help with documentation and even earn btc
