Modern technology gives you a virtual outlet for frustrations and promotes a culture of secrecy where we all produce/consume more extreme content online than IRL. Which I think is stupid, you're alive, go explore until the spheres are balanced.

From a genetical perspective, yes you do have a unconformable point. Many men are commiting slow suicide.

**My general advice to guys who haven't had a woman in a while:**

- STOP BEING A WANKER!

- boost testo production through physical exercise.

- fast/always be a tiny bit hungry.

Careful it will cause you to devolve back into your primal/animalistic state.

But you will get laid/survive and you gonna have fun. If you end up in a cage it's on you. We're all responsible for managing our own animals.

Same goes for married women:

Stop feeding your guy. Replace screen time with take you out for a dance time. Try on something new. Communicate.
