I do edibles, they don't help much. My problem started after I stopped drinking alcohol. I always drank to passout, so I guess I never learned to sleep! 😂

Well you’re better off having little sleep and not being hungover right lol? I know I used to do a lot of partying and never had a problem with sleep till stopped. Then I was on a high dose of Adderal for years before weening myself off,and between the Adderal and Covid recking my system the sleep problems went through the roof. I’ve been meditating, microdosing mushrooms and using edibles for about a year and a half now and it’s helped tremendously. But still don’t get anywhere near the sleep normal people get lol!
