I really like debian but if it's for a newbie you might prefer ubuntu or mint.
If you are just going to browse I recommend Fedora silverblue, it is unbreakable.
Yeah, I'll need more than just browsing. A friend told me to try my options through live booting. I must do that. Thanks!
