In regards to your Napster comment. Couldn't the approach be like that of filecoin to be like Napster for fragmenting the data?

I would think you would be able to take the file coin information and implement it since most of the work is already done. I don't know enough about this type of thing to say for sure.

I mean I have three external hard drives laying around doing nothing. And if the approach you mentioned was taken I could put them to use maybe make a few sats here and there but if everyone did that or those who are willing to did that it would seem like it would strengthen the protocol right?
