Whenever I try to use highlighter it get stuck at requesting permission.🤕

That’s cause you’re trying to log in with nsecBunker (a guide on it here: https://lnshort.it/nsecbunker ) make sure you’ve got your NIP-07 browser extension (like Alby) running and you should see a pop-up window asking for your authorization.
