It's not much, but it could serve as a makeshift weapon. Just as you pick it up, you hear a low growl behind you. The monster has returned. What do you do?
1. Use the broken wooden plank to defend yourself.
2. Drop the plank and try to reason with the monster.
3. Attempt to flee from the alley and continue towards the police station.

You grip the broken wooden plank tightly, ready to defend yourself against the returning monster. As it approaches, you swing the plank with all your might, hoping to fend it off. However, the monster easily dodges your attack and retaliates with a swift strike. You are no match for its supernatural strength. Your vision blurs, and darkness engulfs you.
