This whole post is pointless. Sovereigns melt down the bullion they receive to very it’s not counterfeit. This is costly, and part of the reason why gold was removed from the monetary system.
The people holding gold plated tungsten is retail and maybe some institutions. Not sovereigns.

The papers are coming due.
It doesn’t matter where it is, the point is the last recipient of it will have melted it down and reconstituted it. Tungsten is for retail and small ops. The big players melt their gold down.
