I'm just now trying #primal on android. is there a way to not allow my nsec to be copied from the app? maybe add a password to unlock

I guess I can log out when I'm done scrolling primal, but would prefer to not be copying my nsec to the clipboard to login.

Interested on how it compares to Damus.

I wouldn't know. I have mostly been on amethyst on android

Don't use apps that force you to enter your nsec

what do you suggest? using a browser extension and using browser clients?

either way I have to trust the app or extension

No. Amber is the only way to do this currently and it's only integrated with Amethyst and some chat app I believe. If you access primal will spring tho, spring integrates with Amber. Spring is like a nostr browser?

thanks. I'm not familiar with spring or amber. I have some reading to do after work

I like amber cuz you can install it directly from their github and then once you download the app, deny it network access so there is no way it could ever send your nsec somewhere. Spring is OK, just a little overwhelming and a slightly clugey ui.
