instead of clicking "show sensitive content" every time, have a toggle on top of page that allows to "always show sensitive content" or "always ask"

99.9% of the time i am alone in the room and i get HUNDREDS of those "sensitive content" ( just naked girls ) banners and it is annoying to have to click them all. i would just like them to show by default.

but i would like to still be able to cover them up easily without having to dig through meus to find the option.
