It’s funny to me that people are trusting websites when discussing the halving happening on the 19th, 20th or some even other days.
The number of blocks is low enough to easily do the math yourself. Faster/slower blocks aren’t going to move the needle too much anymore.
11am eastern on the 20th with 10 minute blocks.
I guess 4% faster blocks for both difficulty epochs could move it to just before midnight. But each day, it gets even harder to move that needle.
Now looking like 10:30 eastern.
3% faster blocks could make it 4/19 EST.
A little more than 2% faster could make it 4/19 here in Denver.
Really hoping it lands on 4/20 as it seems more poetic.
