Is there a way to easily show users who’s connected to, or has recently connected to, a relay?

Thinking about niche communities being built around relays… I think that being able to connect to a relay that’s built for a community (maybe it’s skateboarders in a particular city, for example) and find out who is connected to it would be a great way to meet other people in that community.
