It is now illegal to Burn an American flag, those who are caught will be sent to jail for upto 1Y.

What happened to the American constitution? Isn't the first amendment like, literally the first amendment?
What about all the military flags that gets ceremonially burnt when they get old, as is the tradition.

I know, I think it's kinda disrespectful to burn an American flag only because of the people who have died for this country, however it is certainly a right to be able to do so if one wants.
