I have a relative that does a lot of his business on OfferUp. He was extremely dependent on the creators of the app to not abuse their power over the network of users. Recently, OfferUp set limits on posts and required users to pay for additional posts. This severely hurt the user experience and dramatically hurt his income. He believes engagement has dropped by about 90% and is now looking for an alternative for his business. I hope #nostr fixes this for good.
