Why do normies think "Smart Balance Original Buttery Spread" is good for you? Had a normie friend say I should stop using Tillamook butter because its bad for my cholesterol. Smart balance is 64% vegetable oils. 🥴🤮 We are so early. https://www.heb.com/product-detail/smart-balance-original-buttery-spread/112058

Because ppl are stupid and they assume green packaging + vegetables = healthy.
Advertising spread that nonsense.
did this normie grow up during the 60s 70s 80s by chance
the ‘this causes high cholesterol hence heart attacks’ propoganda bullshit was thick up to the ears during those decades
people can’t unlearn their own programming
full fat butter is pretty much a superfood
take advice from your physician about *heart healthy oils* and STATINS ffs and…
throw that advice in the circular file
drug companies pay kickbacks, they make the doctors lease payments on they fancy German car
everything is a lie
He grew up in the 90's. He told me eating eggs every morning with toast and coffee is horrible for my health.
he is a small brain
eggs are superfood
I’ll bet he puts lots of processed sugar in his grocery basket 🤡
I cook my morning eggs in butter. I’m careful with my eggs these days because of the amount of commercial feed the chickens are fed. Loaded with seed oils and found to show up in the eggs. Locally sourced is best….or raise your own for the win.
Pretty much everything centralized medicine has pushed regarding cholesterol is a Shitcoin.
💯
Statins drugs generate God like profits ..doctors prescribe them like handing out candy to children
it’s always about the money
