I hate hearing people being referred to as “tax payers”. How demeaning is it to be reduced to some government revenue stream and be proud of it when complaining about not getting your .0001% of it back in a substandard service.

Just like your job doesn’t define you, the level of appropriation that the pressed suits calmly take from you (they make YOU do the math) shouldn’t define you either.
