Not sure If you’ve been pregnant or not, or which country you’re in, but the literature essentially suggests you avoid eating anything.

Look up even watermelon and the literature will say “it’s inconclusive if it’s safe.”

While at the same time hundreds of OTC meds are approved.

I get the risk aversion, and it’s very practical but only up to a point.

I get that there is a gray zone regarding a lot of things. What to eat/ what’s not to eat,etc..
