Making mint chocolate chip gelato!

Bought this ice cream maker the other week and we’re making a quart or 2 per day (it’s hot here lol).

Egg yolks from our chickens, raw cream from a friends farm, local honey, herbs from our garden, & minerals/sea salt are the base for each batch.

So far we’ve made a basic vanilla honey, banana walnut, chocolate coconut almond, and wild blueberry for the kids.

Trying to use the ingredients we already have but open to other flavors if anyone has suggestions..
