Deliberately woke up at 5:30am to work out today.

Pumped iron and watered the plants as the sunrise popped over the hills, then I had a shitload of creatine. Now I'm massively pumped, feeling like....

Creatine is no joke. Take it everyday. I like to add taurine too.
