"People with a sense of entitlement may believe they should benefit from any situation and may lash out at others when they don't get what they want. People with a sense of entitlement may have a self-absorbed view of the world and little regard for others. In extreme cases, a sense of entitlement may be part of a personality disorder. Dealing with people with a sense of entitlement may include avoiding them, setting clear boundaries, and calling them out when their behavior becomes too much."
