The thing that designers crave most aside from creating something people love, is to see their designs implemented as designed.
This is why so many top pros now implement their own designs or work with pros who respect the tiny details.

Are new designs on Nostr not normally implemented ?
Generally speaking, that's why in the place where I work, I'm viewed as, in part, a technical designer, a middle-man who handles the proper communication between the designer and developer, and helps in both's work, so that the desired result gets developed. Both dev and des are happy in the end, instead of being frustrated at each other =3
It is always such a pleasure working with professional designers especially because of that thing you mentioned: they care for the small things!
But sadly these designers are pretty rare. Worked with so-called pros who didn’t do their designs with a „plan“ but instead by eyeballing whole pages and being persistent that the exact sizes need to match - disgusting 😂
