How many social media accounts do you have in total?

I have cut down to 2 counting Nostr, and the other one is for information only.

It feels great not having to get caught on the loop of scrolling for hours with no goal or purpose, except trying to entertain myself.

My social media time has gone down from 8 hrs to 30 mins daily, and most of it is educational research.
