The best way to kill a product is by offering a better product. Uber replaced the taxi. The car replaced the horse. Email replaced physical mail.
The best way to kill nostr would be to open source twitter and transform it into a cryptographically secured network where anyone can post whatever they want and no one can censor you.
Pretty hard to imagine that will happen as Twatter is taken by moral biases and a chain of control.
But got your point 🫡 apathy/desinterest might be the only way to kill a protocol
You create a huge propaganda against it saying it is used by terrorists, for money laundering, that in some years will consume more energy than 100 nation States, that boils oceans and that it has no intrinsic value.. oh, wait.
