The monetary systems have given people less hope and less desire to work because we live in a world where inflation and money printing is running rampant and many understand that the government shall take care of them by printing money and this makes it easier to not work hard.

Less desire to save and more desire to spend. But how does it make incentive to work less?

spedn more than one earns is also a grand issue as well. That affects incentives when the labor one does can not be compensated so what would drive one to work?
