I don't get pinecones where i am, but after three days of processing bio-char, i have a lot of charcoal bean pods from a Texas Ebony and Palo Verde.

Very cool! I was watching some folks experimenting with producing various sorts of charcoal last night on YouTube and really want to give it a try with what I have readily available :)

All of my experiments were iterations with what was on hand.
