Healing is not just rays and sunshine. It's tears, it's changing beliefs, it's getting mad and come to a point of "I had enough of this".

I understand what she may mean, but words carry vibration, and “fixing” and “healing” are very different vibrations. Until healing is embodied, not just approached like fixing, the wholeness of the process will be missing.
I also notice that the “fix it” mindset often shows up in other areas, like how we approach our bodies and appearance. Botox, for example, is not self-love, it’s harmful to the body, distorts our perception of beauty, and feeds a societal cycle that moves us further from what’s real. To me, it’s a perfect mirror for why “fixing” and “healing” are not the same thing.

Fixing is, in a semantic sence, and grammaticaly is used for objects... (repair)...healing is used for beings.
I don't get so caught up in semantings. I feel the energy of what is being expressed.
Different people have different ways of expressing themselves.
Words are clumsy like Brisket said today. We have to be open to "hear" what is being said ( most importantly what is not being said) and try not to get so caught up in the "words" used.
Regardless of the vibration of words used, there is an energetic print that comes with all messages.
To listen to what is not being said, their lays the understanding and being open to receive in my humble opinion.
