I have a friend who said many months ago that he’s big on physical silver bc its market cap is lower ratio to gold’s than it has been for most of history

It sounded pretty retarded to me but i didn’t push bc i was trying to teach him about bitcoin. I was just like oh ok sure

But for real… that’s dumb right? Because silver is way less scarce than gold. So past ratios of market cap don’t mean shit about future expectations or anything being owed

Someone pls validate me or him or play both sides and/or gfy
