Just a guess, but I'm assuming you're not on the latest version of Phoenix. Mine says something similar. I'm using Google Play to update my apps, if nostr:npub1z4m7gkva6yxgvdyclc7zp0vz4ta0s2d9jh8g83w03tp5vdf3kzdsxana6p is using Obtainium or zap.store, he might be a bit ahead in versions

It works for me. Have successfully received payments with Ocean and Bolt12.
When i try to decode that in cln i get:
Offer does not contain a description, invalid token

i think there is a proper name for the acinq java based lightning node... phoenix is just the mobile deployment of their LSP, i forget ... lemme dig up the github
yes, their full lightning node is called eclair
so you can run an eclair lightning node and use this feature connected to other eclair nodes
but yes, if only phoenix does bolt12 rn then only phoenix
but if other clients have bolt12 it should be interop
Yep, spec changed recently, but the change isn't in CLN yet.
Embarrassing, but the arguments for the change were quite compelling*. And it's the reason the final spec has not been merged.
*It also happens to reduce the size of the minimal BOLT12 tattoo! Why? Um, no reason...
