Bizarrely, I've discovered that (since a heavy l-glutamine cycle) that I can tolerate slow-fermented unbleached organic bread flour sourdough bread. I think because it is fermented so thoroughly, it becomes digestible. No gut problems at all despite an entire lifetime of gluten intolerance.

Bee bread doesn't contain gluten tho, it's raw bee pollen fermented in raw honey. It's what bees eat.
Try it. My wife had crippling allergies, even getting welts when mosquitos bit her. Now she has none. Eats one a day. Swears by it.

Take one a day for a week, monitoring your allergies, then stop for the next week to see if they 'come back'.
