It's a scam. The vaccine doesn't confer robust immunity and if you contract rabies it's too late to get vaccinated.
So nobody thats contracted rabies has ever been saved by the rabies vaccine?

No. By the time symptoms of rabies manifest it's too late to provide immunity by delivering more rabies into the bloodstream.
