I make it a point to try and always zap anyone who comments on my notes no matter what. Engagement and conversation is valuable.

I value Engagement & Conversation over #Zaps

Zaps are just the cherry on top.

If Zaps are hurting my levels of engagement & conversation because people feel they need to 'all or nothing' & associate all information value transfer with money, then I'd rather not receive the Zaps.

Same here. At the end of the day it's all about fostering a community. Communication is key to connection and it is the glue that holds the community together. Whether you are communicating ideas 💬 or communicating appreciation ⚡️ ❤️ the point is continued positive engagement. Either one is better than none at all.
