I honestly might quit my job in 6 months, & become a YouTuber or something.
I can’t deal with the people the company I work for hires 🙄.

You need to create yourself a professional mask that acts as a barrier from you and them. You don't owe the company any extra emotional or cognitive effort
The problem is most of the people I have to deal with are coworkers that slack off because all the ok workers are put together but all the slackers are put with me because I work really hard, and keep things going.
