I often get asked how custom hat orders work. Here’s my custom order process.

First, contact me via DM or email me by going to my website

NOTE: I have a minimum of 8 pieces for custom orders.

Send me your logo/artwork (png or jpeg format is fine), you’d like embroidered.

I don’t create logos but I can help with editing if needed.

Details I need: Hat type (trucker, flexfit, unconstructed, snapback, etc), color, and quantity.

I send you a mock up for approval. I tell customers, it takes 2 weeks to complete orders, although I try to finish sooner.

I can help with suggestions and give you examples.

Once everything is agreed upon, I’ll send an invoice. Once it’s paid, I start.
