Do I need to pour my Bitcoin wallet into these two wallets and transfer to the Lightning Wallet from here
From bluewallet you can move to wallet of satoshi.
On wallet of Satoshi just choose on chain option.

From bluewallet you can not do a lightning transaction it has to be on-chain. So you lightning wallet needs both options. Like wallet of satoshi
