if you run your own electr server connected to your bitcoin node you can also just use sparrow desktop wallet and connect it to electrs in settings

idk if that counts as selfhosted..

but you can download sparrow opensource, always

idk what would be the added benefit of a self-hosted bitcoin wallet on itself compared to the above scenario actually..
