I’m not convinced that there is A best. There is good for your needs. What do you want your wallet to do? What apps do you need it to connect with?

There are several good LN wallets.

I've used Breez which I liked, and I'm trying out Phoenix at the moment, but haven't really used it properly. To be honest I haven't found many ways to use lightning much before here.
