Me, personally, at my age, I love to train Muay Thai.

I tried other martial arts, in the past, but none of them did it for me.

Rugby is something I'd like to get back into, but the risk of injury is high and it's not as easy to join a team, at my age, and train as a hobby.

Hiking and golfing

I've only ever played mini golf, but never proper golf.

I love a good hike. My favourite place to go hiking is Wales. What about you?

Woods, caves, tall hills with a view, mountains but never rock climbed except on those simulated rock walls

Yeah, I've never rock climbed either. The closest I got to that was a hike where we had to climb upwards on rocks that were stacked like stairs, in a way.

I actually bought some of those shoes to go do indoor rock climbing, thinking I'd get into it, but never did. Once my knee injury heals, I might actually try it 😄

Brazilian jujitsu. Discovered BJJ a few years ago and wish I'd started sooner. Love the physical nature, community aspect, and focus on technique/strategy.

Strength Training. My main focus at the tender age of 41, is working predominantly with the major compound lifts. Been part of my lifestyle for as long as I can remember. Physical strength is on one the most important things in life imo especially as we age.

Yeah, BJJ is a great one, for all those reasons.

I need to find an entertaining way to get into strength training as well, because I agree with you that it's important, as we age.

Football ⚽ because it's awesome 😎

How often do you play?
