I used to, but now I convert all my points to sats and use that to pay for travel.
Yeah, I've done that too, but it takes a lot of time.

To acquire them or for the miles to be credited?
I mean to pay my bills to swap in and out of bitcoin probably costs me more than my credit cards recoup.
Now that I think of it, I basically break even with credit cards and fees switching in and out of bitcoin.
