Assuming a 40 hour workweek, that means you're looking at 6000 / 40 = 150 per hour... or 2.5 every minute. Hope you have some means of automation here! Good luck!

Certain parts are automated. The engraving is done in arrays on my lasers. The signholders were also cut on lasers and bent on a thermal line bender. The gluing and flame polish are by hand as is packing. I'm betting that I'll be at longer than 40hr week. Probably more like 65hrs to hit the deadline but day one was 10 hrs and just under 900 parts.
