I guess maybe this is bug from client 🤔, user didn't know about it.

Damus will happily create relay lists this size if a user keeps adding relays to their list

It should discourage him, suggesting a "sensible" approach.

This is not the desired behavior. You only need to have a handful of outbox relays. Less is more.

We can’t expect people to know things. Controls should be added client side.
