I cancelled my order soon after placing it, they said I'd get a refund but they only gave me like a small fraction back even though I got nothing

Hit up their customer service.

Shouldn’t happen this way.

I did, they just said they "can't provide compensation" then ended the chat

Call customer service

I contacted them and they just said "We can't provide any more compensation" then just ended the chat

Ok so now do a charge back on your credit card. Tell your bank what happened and they will reverse the charge. It works.
