I find it hard to believe that a country of poor farmers with no education can produce enough expert hackers to pull this stuff off.

In my experience, government agencies tend to blame hacks on politically convenient groups instead of actually investigating them.

I'm trying to say that I don't believe North Korea stole as much Bitcoin as the authorities claim.

Have you been to north Korea or do you just blindly believe captain america media that they are all uneducated farmers?

False dichotomy. My opinion of North Korea is based on a variety of sources I consider credible.
